The Beefbar Saint Tropez located at Hotel Lou Pinet has been awarded a Michelin Plate by the Michelin Guide, the most prestigious gastronomic guide in the world. The Michelin Plate indicates “restaurants where the inspectors have discovered quality food.” Under the shade of big pine trees, the Beefbar offers a sharing style cuisine that celebrates meats from around the world.
Founded in 2005 in Monaco by Riccardo Giraudi, the Beefbar concept continues to seduce. The Michelin Guide’s Inspectors awarding the best restaurants throughout the world have repeatedly praised the quality of the food served and the precise cooking time by awarding a Michelin Plate to Beefbar Saint Tropez.
The lunch menu offers light and uninhibited dishes such as Kobe beef ham, Crunchy beef tostaditas, tuna tartare crispy rice, seabass ceviche with raspberry, or the super kale salad. These fresh and light dishes will tempt you at the end of the meal to treat yourself with the dessert menu and notably, its famous Montecato ice cream served with toppings.
The interior of the restaurant has been imagined by designer Charles Zana as a warm space where materials such as wicker, wood, brass or terracotta tiles have been associated with colourful colors. Hotel Lou Pinet has invited the artist Alexandre Benjamin Navet, a drawing prodigy, to imagine a colourful fresca representing Saint-Tropez’s emblematic scenery on the restaurant’s wall.
The space is extended by an outdoor terrace which merges into the lush landscaped garden signed by Jean Mus At nightfall, the garden is lit with fairy lights and lanterns creating magical evenings under the stars.
